Mary W. Tovornik
Mary Tovornik joined the firm in April 2006 as an associate attorney in the North Myrtle Beach office. A native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Ms. Tovornik and her husband moved to Horry County in 1994. Before moving to South Carolina she practiced law in Florida for several years. Her experience includes estate planning, business formation, estate administration, residential real estate, lender representation in commercial and residential lending, foreclosure, insurance defense and admiralty. She was involved with the initial phase of the downtown redevelopment project in Ft. Lauderdale representing the developer.
Mary suffers from a life-long love for horses. She and her husband own American Quarter Horses and an American Paint Horse and are members of both the AQHA and APHA.
Mary moved to the Myrtle Beach office in November 2007. She is commited to providing clients with efficient, courteous representation in the areas of residential real estate closings, estate planning, business formation and estate administration.
