Mark Nappier joined the firm as an associate in 1991, after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In 1997 Mr. Nappier became a partner with the firm. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina.
He is a member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association and the North Carolina Association of Trial Lawyers as well a the South Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, Horry County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Nappier is primarily responsible for handling litigation
matters. His areas of concentration include personal injury, wrongful death, homeowners
associations, collections and construction defects. Mr. Nappier has litigated
cases in Magistrate Courts, South Carolina Circuit Courts, South Carolina Court
of Appeals, South Carolina Federal District Court, North Carolina District and
Superior Courts and Bankruptcy Court. He is also an attorney for the Town of Carolina
Shores and represents numerous homeowners associations in both North and South
Carolina, and he is a certified circuit court mediator.
