Elder Law
Elder law encompasses a variety of issues that focus on a specific type of client, our seniors. As people age, they begin to worry about the possibility of catastrophic illness or some other condition affecting a spouse or family member which could result in confinement to a nursing home or other facility. These situations are real and the elderly are then faced with managing long-term care costs while attempting to preserve the family's resources.
