Allen Jeffcoat attended the 2009 North Carolina continuing legal education program entitled "The Real Property Reality Show: Fear Factor or Survivor." The seminar provided a broad range of practical topics for real estate practice in North Carolina including commercial real estate purchase agreements, the basics of condominium ownership, Title Insurance, bankruptcy/foreclosure, corporate law for the real estate attorney, leases, endorsements, railroad corridors, and the like.
