Allen Jeffcoat attended the 2008 North Carolina continuing legal education program entitled "Beyond the Basics of Elder Law." The seminar explored the current state of medicine and law on dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease, durable power of attorney, guardianships, elder housing needs and issues, special needs Trusts and Medicaid issues.
