Allen Jeffcoat attends North Carolina Estate Planning and Probate Law Program (2004)
Allen Jeffcoat attended the 2004 Estate Planning and Probate Law Survey Course of the NC Bar Association, a 2-day continuing legal education program held at Souther Pines, NC on September 30 and October 1, 2004. Mr. Jeffcoat attended presentations on the law of Wills and Trusts in North Carolina; estate planning and probate law; aspects of partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and real estate; guardianships; powers of attorney; and various tax issues relating to estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Jeffcoat said "This course, which I attended for the first time this year, was broader in scope than many seminars. There were 18 different presentations over 2 full days, covering a wide variety of subjects that often impact our clients."
