Allen Jeffcoat attends 2004 North Carolina Real Estate Practice Seminar
Allen Jeffcoat attended “Real Estate Practice 2004: Right When You Thought you Knew It All” Seminar of the NC Bar Association, a 2-day continuing legal education program held at the NC Bar Center in Cary, NC on November 11-12, 2004. Mr. Jeffcoat attended presentations on real estate practice management; professionalism and ethics; proper documentation of transactions involving entities; probate and incapacity issues; real estate development; real estate financing; predatory lending practices; foreclosures; easements and water rights. Mr. Jeffcoat said “We try to provide our clients with quality real estate services, on time, and at reasonable prices. Sometimes this is a challenge in the present fast-paced growth economy of the Carolina coast; this seminar helped me focus on client service and improving our productivity and quality. It was also a good reminder that no real estate transaction is ever simple, nor is it free from risk.”
